The machine occupies approximately 25.8×12.7×8m, capable of accommodating 2 sets of 4m×1.5m molds or multiple smaller molds, while an O-arm can handle 1 set of 4.5m×4m molds, ensuring flexibility for large-scale production.
Efficient Energy Design
Equipped with a 1.3 million kcal burner, the actual energy consumption is low—requiring only 30 kg of liquefied gas and 3 kWh per batch; the dual-air duct structure of the circulating fan, featuring a variable frequency drive, ensures efficient heat exchange.
Advanced Control System
The control system employs network communication for easier maintenance and enhanced convenience in operations.
Rapid Heating and Low Energy Consumption
Utilizing a bottom heating approach, with hot air rising, improves heating efficiency and reduces gas consumption.
